While at Berlin Alexanderplatz the other day, I realised how beautiful the tv-tower actually is…
Am tollsten finde ich es, dass er auf Spaziergängen durch die Stadt oft scheinbar plötzlich am Horizont erscheint, so wie hier in der Rykestraße im Prenzlauer Berg. Kennt ihr das? Huch und plötzlich ist er da! Ich finde ihn auch super als Wegweiser durch die Stadt, man kann sich immer am „Alex“ orientieren.
The thing I love most about the tower though is it’s ability to ostensibly pop up out of the blue and suddenly appear on the horizon, like here on Rykestraße in Prenzlauer Berg, a great signpost just in case you’ve lost your way around town too by the way.
