Apfelmischung in eine Auflaufform geben und das Crumble darauf streuen, fest an die Äpfel drücken, aber vorsichtig damit das Crumble nicht zerdrückt wird. Bei 170°C ca. 30 Minuten backen bis das Crumble goldbraun ist. Am besten warm mit Vanillesoße oder Vanille-Eis servieren.
I love Apple Crumble. Here comes the recipe (serves 4-5): For the apple filling:- combine 1kg peeled and diced apples with- 50g Brown Sugar, – 1 Tbsp. flour and- a pinch of cinnamon For the Crumble:- Mix 300g flour with- 180g brown sugar – rub in 200g cold butter with your fingers to make a nice crumby teture. Then also rub in: – 4-5 Tbsp. rolled oats and (if desired)- 3-4 Tbsp. designated coconut
Put the apples in a casserole and sprinkle the crumble on top. Press lightly but firmly making sure not to destroy the crumbly texture. Bake in moderate oven (~ 170°C) for about 30 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Enjoy warm with vanilla sauce or vanilla icecream.
